Many smaller retail and service businesses are run by individuals or even families who may know their products but do not have the time or the expertise to formulate a comprehensive marketing plan to reach their target consumers.
Since 1987 we have offered a variety of professional ad services which may be combined in different ways to reach those consumers in the most cost effective manner. To achieve the ultimate combination of services a retainer agreement is usually arrived at with the prospective client. The monthly retainer is agreed upon after consideration of specific tasks that may need to be performed.
A retainer system allows the client a reduction in the standard hourly creative and expediting rate. Retainer fees usually cover costs of budget tracking, record keeping, miscellaneous travel, client meeting time and even phone charges which may be incurred on clients behalf. Retainer clients then only incur billing for actual ongoing creative work performed. We do reserve the right to collect media commissions when applicable.
Of course, a retainer system is certainly not a requirement in handling a client's account. Many times, it is determined that an advertising program does not require constant maintenance and a "per project agreement" may better serve a client's needs.
